These particulate cartridges are made with proprietary Advanced Electrostatic Media (AEM), which consists of highly charged microfibers arranged in an open formation. This design enhances the capture of airborne particles while still allowing for greater passage of air through the media. The cartridges are both flame and water resistant, ensuring durability in various environments.
The D3076HF particulate cartridge is suitable for use in a variety of industries, including aluminum processing, chemicals, and oil and gas. It is commonly used for filtering solids such as those found in mineral processing, coal, iron ore, cotton, flour, and certain other substances. The cartridge is also effective for filtering liquid or oil-based particles from sprays that do not emit harmful vapors, as well as metal fumes produced from welding, brazing, cutting, and other metal heating operations.
